I am a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in accounting and finance. I am a leader, problem solver, and collaborative. I love having a leadership role I am currently a director for the student athletic board. In this role, I oversee the volleyball, field hockey/ wrestling, and community relation committees. In this role, I have helped organize multiple events including the Candy Stripe Classic (a 3v3 basketball tournament for charity). Under my team and I’s leadership the event ran smoothly, and we were able to raise 960 canned goods.A characteristic to describe me is a problem solver. During my internship with Jasper Engines, we were put in many situations where we had to find problems on the manufacturing floor and solve them. This included obstacles to make the operator not as efficient or worker safety. From this experience, we were able to cut down the average time the operator takes to remanufacture one item. I am a collaborative teammate. During my time at Indiana University Kelley School of business, I have been on multiple teams. When I was on my ICORE case my team and I were able to set up efficient communication and work together to achieve team goals. I was able to do this by asking for feedback from my teammates. At the end of the project, we were able to accomplish all team goals.
