In my role as a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist, I’m mainly responsible for handling the entire recruitment process for our Business Managers in the IT and tech sectors. Besides recruitment, I’m also involved in various HR tasks. I focus a lot on improving our onboarding and offboarding processes, and I’m also part of everything from Employer Branding to other HR administration.

In my role as an HR Delivery Specialist/Recruitment Coordinator Consultant (provided by Korn ferry) I play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition team supporting interview scheduling, on-boarding logistics and administration on behalf of the Recruiters. In this role I'm interacting with various stakeholder groups, including Recruiters, Candidates and Hiring Managers across multiple geographies in a fast paced environment.

As an consultant manager at randstad I have a overall responsibility for the recruitment processregarding both staffing and recruitment when hiring our consultants. Also continuous follow up withboth costumers and candidate during the whole process. My role also includes a large personnelresponsibility and currently I’m having over 70 consultants in my unit. The tasks involve everythingfrom calling and placing our consultants to various assignments, but also employee interviews, salaryinterviews, rehabilitation if needed and coaching of consultants. My work responsibilities alsoinclude the administrative part in the form of manage the contract drafting, signing our consultants,references, job postings, invoicing, time reporting for my consultants.

Work-based training at the regional office in Kristianstad, Skåne, as a final assigment for mybachelor’s degree. For a 8-week period part of the organization’s HR department were I was involvedin their daily business work. While I was there I wrote my final examination paper in form of a report.A project work and assignment that was formulated togheter with my mentor.

While I was studying Human resources and development at Kristianstad university I got the chance towork in the HR department in Vellinge municipality, Skåne, as an HR-administrator. Worked inaddition to my studies and had tasks together with my colleagues mainly in administration,personnel administration and that was connected to programs such as Visma recruit. I also had theopportunity to produce information, compile statistics, participate in negotiations regarding laborlaw, salary issues and recruitment work. In this period, my working hours were based on 1-2 days ofthe week.

As a store manager I got to run and be responsible for my own coffee shop. The service wasoperational and I worked mainly in operations but also a lot of administrative work. I was responsiblefor scheduling, orders, follow-up of results, recruitment, introduction and follow-up of my employees.The role as a store manager gave me a perfect start to my career after High school and it was here Irealized that human resources and development, recruitment and developing my leadership were atthe top of my list. Also, my leadership qualities evolved rapidly at Espresso House, which I havebrought with me till this day.
