As an Associate Management Consultant, I play a crucial role in the Corporate Services (People & Change) team, where we help clients navigate through the complexities of change. My responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, both qualitative (through interviews) and quantitative (such as financial, production, and market data), to produce recommendations and conclusions that support organizations in their strategic discussions. Additionally, I support clients with change management activities, ensuring a smooth transition by helping management set a change vision, producing stakeholder analyses, communication and change management plans, and more.In addition to my core responsibilities, I also work with sales activities, such as producing pitch materials and presentations. I have worked with a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, telecom, bank/insurance, production, media, professional services, and the public sector. Functions I have worked with include IT, HR, Finance and more.Furthermore, I am proud to be the head of Student Branding within the management consulting practice in Sweden. This role involves event planning, leading, coaching, and supporting the student branding team, as well as taking responsibility for the budget and business development of the student branding area.

KPMG is one of the biggest international advisory and auditing firms in the world with around 265 000 employees. At the Shared Service Center I was responsible of supporting the consultants in Sweden with administrating risk assessments for clients and engagements. The role also included administration client information, invoicing and smaller ad hod- tasks, all in both Swedish and English. This developed my skills in multitasking, problem solving and to work in a structured way.

Humana is a listed care company with around 17 000 employees. As the first line support I received and administrated errands regarding salaries and schedules which gave me a great insight in the challenges a big organization with comprehensive administration faces. I also broaden my communication since I had contact with a wide range of people such as people with special needs and authorities. I made sure they all got fast and dedicated service.

Delfinbuss arranges bus travels for companies and individuals in Sweden and Europe. I was responsible for proposals, administrating bookings and the overall customer satisfaction. This developed my skills in problem solving, administration and service which resulted in well planned travels and recurrent customers.

I worked during the busy summer months 2017 and 2018 in Kungsträdgården where I was responsible for the services at an assigned section with up to 15 tables and food and beverages service to all the guests. This developed my skills in service, team work and working in stressful conditions.

I worked at the restaurant based in Mall Of Scandinavia and helped other restaurants within the group when needed. Here I took extra responsibility for developing new work routines and a team lead role when needed. This developed my skills in service, team work and working in stressful conditions.

I moved to Åre where I worked at a restaurant in the slopes during both lunch and dinner service. This developed my skills in service, team work and working in stressful conditions.

After showing great engagement I advanced to the position as a team leader with responsibility of leading and delegating a work force of up to 30 employees, managing daily inventory, ordering daily goods, cash statements and training new staff. Here I realized I wanted to work with leadership in the future.
