Jeg er Teknisk Leder hos Go-Ahead Norge, hvor jeg har overordnet ansvar for kontraktsforvaltning og samhandling med Norske tog AS og vedlikeholdsleverandøren. Min rolle innebærer å etablere og følge opp samarbeid, utvikle felles KPI-er for alle relevante leverandører, og sikre etablering av gode arbeidsprosesser. I denne stillingen koordinerer jeg aktiviteter mellom kjøretøyeier og vedlikeholder, og sørger for at prosjekter gjennomføres i tråd med strategi og prosjektplaner. Jeg leder statusmøter med leverandører, følger opp KPI-er, og rapporterer om kontrakter og prosjekter. Jeg har også ansvar for tekniske forbedringsprogrammer og for kontakten med kjøretøyeier ved midtlivsoppdateringer og innfasing av nye fjern tog. Jeg samarbeider tett med fagressurser i organisasjonen, og har fagansvar for teamet.

Holds the role of Technical Manager (TM) towards the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority, ensures maintenance and airworthiness is performed in accordance with relevant standards. Also responsible for the endorsement of Aircraft maintenance programs and the approval of personnel that are allowed to perform maintenance to the aircraft. Key member of the company’s CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) team. Working closely with the engineering department to ensure continuous quality improvement and product optimization. Also responsible for the development of maintenance plans and maintenance manuals, and for supplier follow up including participation in quality audits and stock levels of critical items.

Responsible for leading the activities in the company's electronics workshop that delivered fully tested sub-assemblies for the Company’s drilling tools. This included testing and assembly of prototype parts and production units, calibration of directional drilling sensor systems, and development of maintenance manuals and assembly instructions. Responsible for ESS and HALT testing of both in house production and precured products. Responsible for follow- up of key suppliers, including participation in quality audits and maintaining minimum stock levels of critical parts.

Multi-disciplinary development of wireless downhole communication tools and sensors for oil and gas wells, including onshore and offshore testing. Responsible for planning and executing the installation of the companies AICD (Autonomous Inflow Control device) in third parties sand screens. Responsible for acting as the customer point-of-contact for operations, providing superior levels of support throughout the service delivery process.
