Responsible for TriOptima’s Risk Management Function and Chair of the TriOptima Risk Committee. Working closely with senior management and assist Risk Owners in designing and implementing processes, guidelines, tools, and controls to identify, assess, document and manage risks. First Line of Defense Risk Officer responsibilities:• Implement and govern the Risk Management framework.• Production of KRI and KCI reports and dissemination to senior management and TriOptima Board of Directors.• Facilitating annual risk assessments across the business and maintaining the RCSA process.• Monitoring and escalation of emerging risks and incidents.• Briefing of senior management on existing and potential future risks.• Assisting and facilitating annual stress testing in relation to risk appetite statement.• Assist with risk assessments for new business initiatives.Legal and Compliance assistant responsibilities:• Administrative support for the Compliance Function• Administrative support for the TriOptima Board of Directors and senior management• Support for administering legal documentation, manage the exchange and signing of these documents with clients or other third parties.• Administration of US lobbying reporting for TriOptima as well as support for staff registered as US lobbyists.
