• Responsible for TriOptima’s Risk Management Function and Chair of the TriOptima Risk Committee. Working closely with senior management and assist Risk Owners in designing and implementing processes, guidelines, tools.
• Lead the RCSA and ICARA processes.
• Evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the Risk Management framework.
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting of risk incidents to senior management and the TriOptima Board of Directors.
• Oversee Risk Management reporting (KRI reports, incidents, risk assessments).
• Member of the global Incident Response Team.

• Responsible for coordinating and completing client security due diligence requests on the Technology & IT Operations side. This position also includes responsibilities such as:
• Coordinate and assist in incident management meetings, InfoSec initiatives and other technology governance related workshops.
• Coordinate Audits
• Project Management
• Track and report status of internal and external audit findings and mitigation plans
• Coordinate various activities for the Technology department.

• First Line of Defense Risk Officer responsibilities:
• Implement and govern the Risk Management framework.
• Production of KRI and KCI reports and dissemination to senior management and TriOptima Board of Directors.
• Facilitating annual risk assessments across the business and maintaining the RCSA process.
• Monitoring and escalation of emerging risks and incidents.
• Briefing of senior management on existing and potential future risks.
