As one experiences from the first day to get to know me, I am dynamic and energetic, enjoying to communicate with people and bringing out their best self. I really love setting goals that challenge me, ready to throw myself at them, fight and win. The adrenaline rush, I’d say, of working under pressure, gives my brain a “Super Mario Rainbow” boost, followed by a thirst to learn and progress. Failure, of course, might be a possibility, but I always see it as a stepping stone towards learning and evolving.Acting in total self-motivational spirit, I am capable of ensuring smooth functioning of any job post I assume, by closely monitoring and implementing all organizational procedures, while creating new ones when needed. I can also easily facilitate communications with internal or external stakeholders of an organization, while intrigued to find optimum solutions when others see dead ends.
