Ensure that products are procured at the required quantity and quality, ensuring the optimum cost benefit to the company.Managing all routine correspondence to purchase orders with non-domestic vendors and analyze all respective communication, resolve all purchase issues and coordinate with the Accounting Department to process all invoices.Handling all purchase orders for stock and non-stock items and ensure timely delivery of all products.Maintaining up-to-date records of all purchase orders and their status along with the implementation of a suitable filling system.Reviewing purchasing agreements with vendors and maintaining open lines of communication with those vendors.
