Full cycle HR-support of the business1. Recruitment- Full recruitment cycle for all departments of the startup- Hiring planning and analysing current workload to identify bottlenecks2. Employee onboarding- Development and description of onboarding process- Monitoring the onboarding of new employees during the probationary period3. Organisational change management- Defining and approving the organisational structure of the company- Launching a programme of rotation between departments, implementing the practice of hybrid roles- Launching an employee potential assessment- Supporting and advising managers in the processes of promotions, dismissals and rotations, monitoring operational aspects and conducting exit interviews4. Learning & development- Creation and implementation of an IT literacy course- Launching the Gemba project (knowledge sharing between teams)5. Motivation and retention- Initiating projects to enhance employee motivation and retention, encompassing both formal (such as news digest) and informal (team-building) activities- Conducting 1-1 meetings with employees

Work with Product, Data and Marketing teams together with heads (C-level) and leads of departments:— Onboarding of new employees during the trial period stage— Regular 1-1 meetings with team leaders and employees— Work with the retention and motivation of employees— Participation in teams formation and resource planning together with the heads of departments— Conducting quarterly Performance review: promotions and bonuses (team of 60+ people)— Employees rotations— Out-boarding: layoffs, exit interviews, replacement— Management of freelance employees (contractors, self-employment, etc)2. Recruitment and hiring planning— Hiring planning and budgeting for hiring (quarterly and yearly) together with the heads of directions— Building the recruitment process, forming criteria and techniques of the competences assessment together with hiring managers— Full cycle of hiring for Senior+ level positions - from the hiring manager’s request to the employee's first day at work— Conducting full fit-interviews — Management of up to 10 Senior+ level vacancies simultaneously— Work with a recruiter/sourcer— Working with metrics (funnels, time to offer, percentage of A-players, satisfaction with the hiring process of hiring managers and new employees)Roles: Head of product, Head of CRM, Head of B2C, Head of risks, Head of Design, Product manager, Project manager, Product analyst, System analyst, Business analyst, Data analyst, Python Dev, DevOPs Engineer, Data Scientist, Data engineer, Market research analyst, Product designer, Graphic Designer, Project marketing manager etc.3.
