I am also leading change management projects related to pricing and processes.

I worked with customer strategies concentrating mainly on our young customers. My work included customer strategies development, implementation, customer marketing planning, process and digital service development and content development. I worked in varying teams co-operating with my wide network throughout the organization. I worked at Group Steering of corporate customers and service management. I worked at a team of corporate customer professionals and influenced on various development projects in matrix throughout the organisation. In one of my main projects I worked as a business developer in a team designing and providing a digital sales service for new corporate customers. I also worked as an owner and a project manager for customer onboarding guideline manual. Participated in KYC and AML regulation related development projects.

As a Senior Consultant I was often responsible for the assignments including scheduling, budgeting, customer communication and guidance of junior team members. I received positive feedback especially of my customer service attitude and excellent presentation skills. Younger colleagues often thanked me of my positive and supportive working style.I worked with corporate tax consulting and assisted Finnish and international customers related to;• Investment fund structuring and tax due diligence;• Domestic and international corporate taxation; • Mergers and acquisitions;• Tax inspections and queries from tax authorities;• Taxation related litigation
