- Adapt interviews with cultural professionals (i.e. representatives of museums and galleries, art historians, and artists - both established professionals and newcomers to the field) into engaging written articles for the culture section of LSM.lv- Transcribe and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment with the platform's tone and style- Monitor cultural events and radio broadcasts to identify relevant content for adaptation- Propose and present potential content ideas to the editorial team for inclusion in the department's projects

- Co-host a bi-weekly radio show, Bron-hīts, alongside Māra Ulme, focused on literature, where we engage with Latvian writers, critics and other cultural figures for whom working with text is integral to their craft, delving into their works, writing journeys, and key topics such as poetry, literary criticism, dramaturgy, digital humanities and others- Curate and monitor current literary trends or topics of interest in the literary scene, identifying themes that would resonate with our audience while maintaining a friendly and open format- Explore diverse literary subjects, such as the intersection of poetry and rap, the role of literature in the MeToo movement, and ongoing developments in the literary publishing sphere and online literary journals

- Coordinating poetry readings, such as poetry readings in support of Ukraine "Tur aiz mākoņiem vēl ir saule" (2024) and "Pie kara nepierod" (2022) and online poetry readings during Covid lockdown "Tiešsaistes erotiskie lasījumi" (2021) and "Tiešsaiknes dzejas lasījumi: miers" (2022)- Organizing and curating writing workshops/masterclasses for literary festival "Veidenfests" (2023) with Māra Ulme; for "Viskaļi" Free Riga ("Brīvestības mēnešreizes" - 01.02.24.-13.09.24.); for creative summer camp "Vasaras experts" and others- Creation of a performance "Šepte" with Katrīna Poriķe as part of the performance cycle "Biotransformations", which focused on the theme of ecofeminism

- Edited and proofread translated literary works (English to Latvian) to assure they align with the publishing house's standarts and comply with Latvian grammar and language regulations- Collaborated with the respective translators of each project, senior in-house editors, proofreaders, project managers, and other publishing house staff involved in the book production process- Gained direct and in-depth insight into the publishing house's operations and the entire book production process- Strengthened my knowledge and practical application of Latvian grammar, punctuation, and orthography through hand-on work and regular communication with the publishing house's proofreaders.
