I was in charge of Kotipizza Group’s internal communications and provided all-round communications support to the three companies in the Group: Kotipizza, Social Burgerjoint and Helsinki Foodstock. I also acted as the System Administrator of the chains' Extranet and as the Managing Editor of Kotipizza's customer magazine.

My broadcast journey continued with a new selection of diverse topics: politics, education, healthcare, immigration and crime. I created several pieces of news that were distributed on the radio, tv and online.

I enjoyed several excellent chances to develop my skills in feature journalism, live broadcasts and online video content. #Helsinki2018 presidential summit and SuomiAreena in Pori set the scene for my live broadcasting experiences in tv and radio. Besides broadcast journalism I wrote several long articles about working life phenomena and covered e.g. the consequences of GDPR in Finland, financial struggles of live music venues and trade war threat between the US and EU.

Duties included news writing both for broadcast channels (tv & radio) and online. Business news department covers current topics on society, corporate and citizen levels. My subjects were e.g. Brexit's impact on Finnish agricultural funds, mergers' consequences for organizational culture, and comparison of a few different investment methods. I also got the chance to write two in depth -interviews in Yle’s weekly Kasvokkain -series.

Duties included live reporting breaking news (e.g. Brexit on June 24th), updating the main page of savonsanomat.fi and editing the headlines of other journalists’ articles.

Duties included covering locally and nationally interesting news topics. My original news article about differences in organizing eldercare for countryside residents became featured in other media outlets nationwide. Interviewing on video was a part of the job.
