Elina strives to create and drive value through social impact and entrepreneurship. Visible through her various academic transitions and evolutionary growth in several professional roles, Elina’s extensive experience and methodology encompasses branding, sales and business development. Her involvement and since then, core passion for the educational sector, more specifically Ed-Tech was first established during the economic turmoil experienced by many students in Greece, whereby she created GeniusEd, an educational mobile games app (2015). Prior to this, Elina’s experience lies in the hospitality and sales industries. Her exposure to the intense competitive landscapes (Mykonos, Greece) enabled her to develop the skills and insight on innovative processes that optimise operational efficiency and increase YoY growth, but also drive long-term commercial value through customer-guest acquisition and retention.
