Led the launch of several Google Home products on mobile and desktop from inception to launch by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including third-party providers.- Launched Smart Home Automations for Google. Managed all the program management efforts for Geo Food: Merchant Toolkit. Leading platform migrations, product and feature launches, including special projects to help merchants in the time of COVID-19.- Led the technical migration of The Ordering App acquisition from AWS to Google3.- Drove all PgM activities related to the COVID Self Serve initiative, which enabled merchants to get online ordering via self-onboarding. We re-factored a feature set scoped to take several quarters to implement to launch in about a quarter.- Lead the effort to migrate from Hubspot, Zendesk, and Slack to Salesforce, which greatly streamlined the Merchant onboarding workflow and maximized agent impact.

Led the Assistant end-to-end internationalization effort across 20+ Vertical, Infrastructure and Platform teams to ensure the successful launch of over 300 features in a new language and locale for Android, iOS, Tablets, and Headphones. This involved coordinating extensively with cross-functional teams in varied time zones, managing the overall program plan and product quality, communicating status and schedule updates, mitigating risks, and leading the product through launch review and rollout. Spearheaded, scaled and streamlined all of the processes needed for launching Assistant on mature surfaces worldwide.- Created a new process to scale the launch of Assistant in speakers from 11 to 26 locales while reducing the test-to-launch cycle from several months to 6-8 weeks without compromising quality by collaborating with Nest teams (PM, PgM, Procurement, etc), Platform, Infrastructure, and Assistant Vertical teams, Marketing and PR teams, Testing, DogFood and Trusted Tester teams to understand the previous process and make the necessary improvements to expedite the time to production.- Led the launch of Assistant in Vietnamese. Validated the MVP with the local teams, negotiated additional features depending on LOE and time to launch, prepared launch reports and presented readiness to VP and Director level leadership.- Presented Google Assistant as a SME at the Launch Media event in Vietnam, with over 150 Journalists and Key Influencers and represented Assistant in the post-event Q&A, which included one-on-one TV interviews.- Launched Assistant in Traditional Chinese in Taiwan, which was announced as an easter egg at the Pixel launch event in Taiwan. Led the launch of Assistant in Cantonese in Hong Kong, and led the cross-functional work needed to figure out the best approach to launch Simplified Chinese everywhere except Mainland China.

Drove and managed all aspects of the partner implementation of the UpLift Pay Monthly product. Created internal and external integration processes.- Managed the technical implementation of the UpLift product in the partner’s site through the entire software development lifecycle. - Coordinated between internal and external teams, including Sales, Product, UI/UX, Engineering and Customer Support, from definition, through launch and then optimization of the product, as well as definition, development, and launch of new products.- Designed and created all the integration processes, focusing on optimization and scalability.
