I was working part-time at Kappahls distribution center within the section of E-commerce. Some of my tasks were picking and packing, sorting the packages for shipping, organizing clothes for each order, product quality ensuring.

In conjunction with my university studies for a bachelor’s degree, within Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and Procurement; I am doing my final internship at Essity in Gothenburg for five months. Which is within the BIFG (Bought In Finished Goods) department under the global procurement organization.Besides me writing my thesis work, I am also supporting the Category Managers within my team with tasks such as: Housekeeping of KPI’s like GSS compliance, Ariba contract management, to mention a few. I also support them in their projects with stakeholder and supplier management on RFP’s that are out, I shadow the supplier negotiations and I am learning quite a lot about the different procurement strategies. I am hoping to take on more tasks as I get matured in the area.

In conjunction with my studies, I did my internship at Saab Survaillence, within the purchasing organization and I also managed to get a summer job with them. During my internship and summer job period of 5 months, I worked in the strategic purchasing organization. My tasks included stakeholder & supplier alignment, supplier pricing and quality certification in the purchasing system. I participated in supplier meetings and worked with the strategic procurement managers in the procurement strategies.

I worked within the logistic section within sortation of goods, picking and packing. I was a cluster Group leader and managed my team in a good way to be able to deliver a productive shift

Handling of returned goods, quality control, approving and administrating refunds to the clients.

Tasks included customer service, handling of orders, cash register, banking, structuring, organizing the store, ensuring changes were made in relation to our campaigns, customer call center, watch service, maintenance cleaning and employee management.

Bartending in a very popular club in Bristol that had a wide international clientele. Communicating with clients, serving, making drinks, cash register and cleaning the bar.

A summer job for both 2018 and 2019 as a Project office administrator. My main tasks included structuring and implementing a new process for the project archive, balancing the accounts of the ongoing large projects economy to ensure profitability and accountability.

A summer job, ensuring that the boats got placing in the harbor and docked safely, communicated with a very large international cliental, took care of the cash register and ensuring that the harbor service center was always clean at all times.

Once a week, setting out the chorography for the dance lessons and training the students in the dance chorography as well as structuring different sports classes.

My tasks included customer service, cash registry, serving food, preparing of the tables and cleaning up at the end of the shift.
