Project Management Officer
Binnen CB ben ik voor twee projecten verantwoordelijk als Project Management Officer.Het eerste project is Dynamische Productie planning, waarbij het logistieke planningssysteem wordt omgezet naar een nieuwe omgeving en waarbij er slimmer gewerkt wordt om de 24-uurs economie aan te kunnen. Mijn rol in dit project is het monitoren van tijd, budget en functionaliteit. Het tweede project is het implementeren van een nieuw WorkForce Management systeem. This traineeship is a three-year program that focuses on the development of Supply Chain Management & Procurement professionals into professional specialists with management skills. In mijn tweede opdracht van het YACHT Traineeship bekleed ik de functie van ketenspecialist. Als ketenspecialist ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer van een deel van het assortiment. Mijn pakket bestaat uit artikelen uit het diepvries assortiment en een deel kruidenierswaren. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadniveau op 5 verschillende distributiecentra, het contact onderhouden met de leveranciers en het optimaliseren van het automatisch bestelsysteem, waarbij we gebruik maken van MER in SAP.

Tijdens mijn eerste opdracht van het YACHT Traineeship heb ik mij bezig gehouden met verschillende taken en projecten:- Alle processen in kaart brengen van inkoop totdat het product in de winkel ligt door in gesprek te gaan met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Op basis van de bevindingen hebben we een aantal knelpunten vastgesteld, waar verbetering mogelijk is. Deze punten zijn we stap voor stap aan het aanpakken, door de betrokken collega's mee te nemen en samen een nieuw proces op te zetten. Mijn rol in dit project was het overzicht bewaren, collega's aansturen en ondersteunen en een objectieve blik en mening geven. - Het uitzoeken of een automatisch bestelproces wenselijk is bij de afdeling voorraadbeheer. Ik heb uitgezocht of de functies van het systeem past bij de wensen van de afdeling. - Alle data van onze leveranciers die het kern assortiment leveren opschonen zodat Big Bazar beslissingen kan nemen op basis van de juiste data. - Het (tijdelijk) ondersteunen van de afdelingen voorraadbeheer, inbound, bedrijfsbureau en master data management.
