In mijn tweede opdracht van het YACHT Traineeship bekleed ik de functie van ketenspecialist. Als ketenspecialist ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer van een deel van het assortiment. Mijn pakket bestaat uit artikelen uit het diepvries assortiment en een deel kruidenierswaren. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadniveau op 5 verschillende.
