I've been working at Qarad since 2016. As high quality consulting company, we assist manufacturers of IVD and Medical Device companies with their Regulatory and Quality related issues. Within Qarad, I have two functions:1) eIFU Services AssistantAs eIFU Assistant, I help our customers with their questions. Setting up new accounts, customer support and project management are my main activities. 2) Marketing and Event ManagerI am responsible for the organisation of Qarad's marketing activities.
