Launched "Jóvenes del Cambio" in spring 2019, a program aimed to develop the skills and mindsets of change agents in children, co-creating solutions to problems in their community with a team of experts from different fields.Coordinated a pilot project in 2017-2018 in a low-income community in Madrid, serving 40 children aged 7 to 12 with focus on mindsets, competences and community impact.
