Dit is waar we vanuit BdB Zorg in geloven.Specifiek richt ik mij op vraagstukken met betrekking tot project- en accountmanagement in de zorg in diverse sectoren die uit deze gevraagde veranderingen komen. Rollen waar ik blij van word zijn projectleider, programmamanager en zorgverkoper (op projectbasis). Een greep uit de organisaties waar ik met plezier projecten doe of heb gedaan: Erasmus MC, LUMC, Zaans Medisch Centrum, HVO Querido en S&L Zorg.Zou je eens van gedachten willen wisselen? As student assistant I was responsible for writing concise reports in service of a 2-year-during research at the Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management. The aim of the research was to analyse the collaboration between different (healthcare)institutions concerning a very complex patient group. Due to this experience I was able to improve my skills in writing and analysing a large amount of text. Besides, I learned to work precise and independent.

The Health Business Week is the career week where students and potential employers meet. As chairman I was the main person responsible for the activities belonging to this event, I was responsible to maintain good collaboration within the team and I took care of the internal and external relations. It was a challenging but above all very rewarding experience during my master.

As Consultation Assistent I was responsible for a structured and patient friendly process from the beginning to the end. Next to the administrative task belonging to the patients visits, it is very important to make the patient feel comfortable and to make sure they are well informed. For both the patient as for the physician this of high value, which results in a higher quality of care. This experience gave me unique insight in the processes of specialised care. Besides, I have been able to collaborate in the digitisation process for the pre-operative department.

During this internship I have been working on the costumer journey of the patients of Antes. Hereby I focussed mainly on the orientation of patients and the decision making proces of patients. The access possibilities and corresponding legislation played an important role in this. Eventually, I created a clear overview of the costumer journey which was valuable for the strategic decisions of the organisation. As I was based in the head quarters of the mental healthcare organisation, I had the opportunity to actively participate in different processes of the different departments of Antes, such as the purchase of care. In this period of time I improved my professional communication skills and I learned to actively collect information for many different sources and to summarise them in an effective way.
