We serve industry leaders worldwide in their water and air cleaning needs + so much more!As is common in a family company, my responsibilities cover many aspects of business. Currenly, I’m wearing 4 hats: o Recruitment & staff wellbeing lead -> goal: a happy, healthy and succesfull workforce that is large enough and diverse (through recruitment, staff development, regular staff input sessions) o Business process improvement lead -> goal: optimal internal processes and excellent project execution (through project evaluations, continuously acting on client and staff feedback) o Sales & marketing lead -> goal: clients easily find us for their custom plastic installations through our offices in Belgium or our sister-company Ecosistema Teblick in Spain (through online and offline presence, events)o Strategy officer -> goal: closely collaborating with the company’s management to create and implement a long-term strategy, clear investment planning and regular risk assessments Essentially, I provide support, give advice, and focus on enabling the technical staff to do what they do best; design and build awesome installations.

My main responsibility the first years at Teblick was coordinating everything related to the construction of our new office building and new assembly hall: - Organizing the necessary administrative work to gain the building permits- Collaborating closely with the interior decorator for the office space to become functional, comfortable and esthetically pleasing - Finding and contracting the right subcontractors/suppliers for everything: groundwork, structural work, furniture, custom made cabinets, etc. etc. - Managing the planning of 30+ subcontractors/suppliers to ensure the works followed each other as fast and seamlessly as possible - Organizing 2 office moves on our own terrain (first to a temporary location, then to the new building) - Supporting the reorganization of the production site to maintain full production capacity despite the temporary decrease in floor space awaiting the new hall [Both buildings were completed in the summer of 2019] Additionally, I worked on several internal projects: - HR (recruitment & employee well-being), main projects: staff happiness assessment and follow-up + organizing 2 company-wide training days - Comms & marketing, main projects: 2 large events + new website
