Zo’n 15 jaar ervaring met human interest film en programma’s met muziek, klimaat, democratie en samenleven als onderwerp. Zowel op het scherm als met live publiek. Kennis overdragen doe ik ook met veel plezier. Ik heb onlangs de fanfarepodcast gemaakt voor het meertalige theatergezelschap Tryater, als onderdeel van het theaterdrieluik Ynblaze, Thûsblaze en Fanfare. Een serie over dat wat mensen drijft elke week weer samen te komen en muziek te maken.In 2022 maakte ik de korte documentaire Nij Each ( Nieuw Oog) over de liefdevolle ambacht van het maken van nieuw oog, een oogprothese. Deze film was te zien bij de NPO en is binnenkort onderdeel van het In Science filmfestival in Nijmegen. Tussen het eigen werk door maak ik programma’s om nieuwe filmmakers in de regio Noord Nederland de skills te geven om zo hun meertalige en meerstemmige films te produceren en regisseren. Ik raak niet uitgekeken op de kracht van beeld en geluid. De kunst van het vertellen van verhalen en helpen anderen hun stem te vinden en te gebruiken. Sinds 2022 volg ik klassiek zangles bij o.a. Ingeborg Bröcheler en Janny Zomer.Eerder studeerde ik aan de HKU en volgde de post-HBO muziekeducatie. De rode draad in mijn werk is stemgeven. Ik ben daarin veelzijdig. Zo organiseer ik in 2024 de Iepen Air bioscoop met films over veerkrachtig samenleven, werk ik als ontwikkelaar van trainingen voor filmprofessionals bij Studio Cinenord voor en met producenten, regisseurs en schrijvers, om zo betere films te maken en zakelijke skills onder de knie te krijgen. Met als doel meer voor publiek relevante films uit het Noorden van Nederland op het witte doek te krijgen. Ik wil ik mijn eigen stem meer laten horen in de vorm van een aantal zelfgeschreven liedjes en starten met anderen coachen bij het gebruiken van hun stem.Nieuwsgierig en wil je graag samenwerken? One of the main themes in her work is human attention as a limited but valuable resource. Attention enlightens the soul and is what makes us human.What she finds very important is to try to make people aware of the fact that we need to see, hear and feel more. Cinema is an art form to express complex feelings and emotions, and allows us to transcend into something far bigger. It helps her to explore philosophical questions about our deepest values and meanings by which we live. Besides together with filmmaking Eline is fascinated by the human voice and singing. She loves to explore and sing classical repertoire and is hoping make a feature documentary about singing, music and the how this influences and stimulates critical functions in our human brain. She is fascinated by how the human voice helps us to transcend and connect with each other on a spiritual level. At the moment she works as a director, researcher and editor for independent as well as commissioned work. Her new short documentary will be broadcasted at dutch national television and regional broadcasters in December 2022. She also works as a coach with student and filmmakers, and loves to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for filmmaking at primary schools.
