Trainee to the board of Operation 1325, an umbrella organization that is dedicated to implementing the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace, & Security. Successfully organized two digital seminars focusing on women youth activism in Palestine; one session in the UN Virtual Torino Forum for Sustaining Peace – Women and Youth at the Frontlines, and the second session in the Swedish digital conference, “Globala Torget”.

The Hunger Project is a global, non-profit, strategic organization committed to the sustainable end of world hunger and poverty by pioneering sustainable, community-led, women-centered strategies. In my internship role, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks and gained substantial experience within project development processes. I have successfully:- Identified funding opportunities and grant callings for projects- Drafted and written project applications - Monitored and evaluated project outcomes through figure reports and analysis - Reviewed and written reports from partner organizations- Worked with indicators, budgets, and deadlines- Worked with tools such as time plans, risk matrices, and goal matrices

Awarded the MFS scholarship for 2018/19. My focus was to examine a selection of women's rights organizations and their work in supporting women's economic activities and economic rights in Ghana. The collected data of this field study served as the basis of my bachelor thesis in Global Development.
