In this role I worked 15 hours a week next to my studies and contributed to the scoping and facilitation of two major projects: the launch of a Women’s Mentorship Program and the restructuring of their global onboarding process. For the Mentorship Program I was a part of the process from start to end, where I took decisions regarding pairing, process flow, content and evaluations. The program ended up being nominated for the 2022 Danish Diversity Awards. I was also a part of the implementation of a new leadership development program, where I was actively involved in creating a transformational and agile leadership culture for the future. My role was related to brainstorming and designing content for the program together with external and internal consultants, and helping with on site tasks during the course.
