As part of Ituran’s International Division, responsible for:• Managing operations to achieve maximum utilization of Ituran’s services to fit the needs of each and every one of our customers (distributors).• Client portfolio management • Moving new purchase orders through the operational chain and ensuring that payments are collected for hardware and usage fees• Specification and management of potential integrations• Assessing customer requirements – checking out development options and determining how these requirements can be turned into features that serve other customers. If a decision a made to move forward – ensuring these features are developed so that they provide the best solution for the customer who requested them as well as for our other customers• Work with the CTO, development, engineering, and other departments to create a solution from scratch• Training and support for existing clients - problem solving

Responsible for:• Support, service, and training for Ituran distributors, helping them find the best possible solutions from Ituran’s offerings in order to ensure that they able to provide the best service to their end customers.• Handling of new customer leads • New customer onboarding including locating and providing the best possible solutions for them• Support for customers in using the website and app• Handling of faults• Connecting between all departments within Ituran: engineering, development, support in order to provide the highest level of service

• IDF Driver Behavior Project Manager (WEB + BI interface)• Building work processes for the implementation and execution of the project while meeting the customer's goals• Coordination between many stakeholders involved in the project• Presenting the project's goals to senior forums• Implementation of the system in the various units: conducting training, driver conferences, commander conferences, etc.• System user management - setting up users, managing permissions and managing access to applications• Ongoing support for system users 24/7• Creation of presentations and user guides• Management of installation schedules vis-a-vis contact persons in the units and the installation team• Quality control for the web interface, providing feedback for improvement to the development team• Performing control and feedback on the work processes while optimizing, and developing in order to promote the system

• Management new employee onboarding process • Management and operation of training to fill employees’ professional knowledge gaps • Management of work according to pre-defined work procedures and their implementation in the operational center• Analysis of information and work at the center in accordance with procedures, handling exceptions (manpower - work arrangement, transportation of employees, procurement, etc.)• Editing content for a knowledge management system (Hipusit - a professional organizational portal designed for Ituran employees, which supports them in real-time work)• Ongoing operation of dedicated systems (CRM-VANTIVE, IMA, TOTEM and other systems)

Management and identification of a real events while cooperating with field rangers and security agencies.

• Management of air traffic in the northern airspace of the State of Israel• Shift manager, management and operation of the positions required in operational activities• Work under time pressure and distribution of attention• Handling real events and aerial intrusions that pose a threat to the northern defense sector
