Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review curriculum and customize material suited for the diverse workforce.• Teach classes in leadership development, customer service, sales effectiveness and facilitator skills development to both civilian and military Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) personnel in Navy Region Southeast (NRSE).• Responsible for selecting, certifying and mentoring facilitators throughout NRSE.
