• Part of developing organization from company startup in Norway to 150+ staff across 7 offices throughout Europe and the Middle East. Main responsibilities involved operations, marketing, sales support and assisting.
• Managed CRM system (salesforce) for the organization until merged into the global enterprise solution. Designed, implemented and optimized workflows for marketing, sales, project management, support and operations..
• Implemented and managed systems and processes for internal operations, enabling local teams and offices to better handle rapid growth.
• Acted as a liaison between the various departments, supporting teams from an operational as well as organizational perspective, including onboarding new staff and managing intranet site and content for all teams.
• Produced and managed the first EMEA website which was subsequently merged with the corporate site to present a more global message to the market. Continued responsibility for EMEA related content on the main site.
• Carried out marketing activities, provided sales support and services operations.
