Responsible for the product development and design of all company collections, in house- and designer brands. Restructured the whole design process to help us be able to keep deadlines and secure deliveries. [Following the fashion seasons, Italian/US/Swedish based company Modo Eyewear releases new collections twice a year, up to a total of 150 different models annually in four colours per style. The daily work followed the whole production process which included; sketching, trend analysis, strategic planning, collaboration with fashion designers for various design collections, contact with producers in China, Hong Kong, Korea and Italy, prototype review, structuring and planning the production, material choice, placement of orders, follow up with quality controls etc. Also involvement in designing packaging, point of sales material and exhibition stands.]
