Her responsibilities were divided in to two parts; one part that concerned recruiting, and one part where she worked with HR in a more strategic way as one out of six members in the management team. Elin also did projects for clients. One of the projects was with a large energy company in Skåne where she developed a new strategy for how they could handle the safety processes regarding their work environment.
