The company wanted to grow fast and I was part of the Translation Management Team. My responsibility and role was to identify process and system optimizations as well as improving the business system and the business intelligence system so the target could be reached. The different tasks were therefore assessments, documentation of processes and requirements, analysis, estimation and priorization, development of concepts and ideas, creation and execution of road maps and to hold workshops. We worked with a product back log, and many improvements of databases and their integration with the business system and the BI system are done. I also acted as a Requirements Manager for automatization projects and as a Change Manager.I defined KPIs, goals and optimized processes and systems for sourcing, procurement, resource management, allocation, quality and vendor management. I managed 2 teams. One team was a Vendor Management department that also was involved in business development, public procurement, production, deviations and customer complaints. The other team was a production team that also managed quality claims, set up quality assurance processes and was involved in testing new tools.

The scope of this role was to convert my department from a pure support function to a business minded, effective procurement and resource management organization, helping the company to enter new markets. Among the tasks I had were process and system optimization.My team was an international team, based all over the world, which achieved to optimize the cost structure with 10 %.

Part of the projects "HR Transformation" and "HR Knowledge Transfer" -> HR as a service. The job consisted of analyzing HR processes in Germany and BENELUX, document these, create system instructions where applicable (SAP HRMS), and train staff at the Global Shared Service Center and the HR Service Center.

Analyze market needs and manage the resource management activities as part of the project team that built up the Norwegian unit of the company. In 2008 we became the most successful unit of the company and also the fastest growing company in Sweden. Apart from setting up workflows and processes for the new unit I was responsible for the search and recruitment of candidates for various clients in Norway.

Responsible for a team which main tasks were to organize campaigns, events and excursions, manage customer expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships and promote goodwill between hotels, media, clients and Grupo Cursach.
