As a process chemist working in the large-scale purification department, I am responsible for purifying high-quality peptide-based APIs using modern preparative HPLC technology in accordance with GMP.Seeking opportunities to grow my experience and develop my skills, I have in a short time advanced to learn the processes of two APIs. Additionally, I am currently being trained to prepare and analyze peptide samples for IPC (in-process control). I work together with key people from different departments (specialists, QA, maintenance) to solve problems regarding the process. I contribute to our teamwork by planning, organizing, and delegating tasks according to my colleague's strengths and skills.

As a summer substitute, my main responsibilities involved monitoring and controlling machinery, systems, and processes. I conducted thorough quality control to test final product quality and was responsible for the education and training of new colleagues.
