I actively participated on the implementation of water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) with a focus on planning and controlling scope, time and costs. My role involved the preparation of WBS and S Curves, developing, detailing and controlling the particularity of each project, analyzing risks, deviations and defining corrective measures when necessary, focusing on meeting the deadline and maintaining the estimated cost. In addition, I was also responsible for the relationship with the team I led, as well as project stakeholders, ranging from customers to suppliers and subcontractors. My postgraduate degree in project management was a differential that gave me a more complete view of management and helped on an outstanding R&D project of a sulfate removal pilot unit for an oil and gas company, which simulates the temperature conditions and the respective treatability that exists 4 kilometers below sea level.In November 2019 I also became responsible for managing the project department formed by 10 engineers, setting goals to develop my sector and working to achieve. In addition on leading the company's main projects, I worked in large corporations such as John Deere, where I was responsible for the coordination and results of the WWT project in renewing the treatment plant, delivering in a record time of 20 days, during the plant's programmed stop.

I was responsible for developing, detailing and controlling project scheduling in MS Project, creating engineering documents such as layouts, flowcharts and equipment and material data sheets, as well as being responsible for weekly monitoring reports and their presentation directly to customers. During this period, I was part of the project to implement PepsiCo's WWTP in Feira de Santana, Bahia, which was the first PepsiCo unit in the world to reuse all of its generated effluent. I also did a treatability study in a sugar and alcohol factory that aimed to fit environmental guidelines for river disposal and optimizing water consumption by recycling the less contaminated effluents in less demanding processes.
