• Leading and managing the surveying team on the Coastal Road Project in Nigeria, a major infrastructure initiative designed to improve coastal accessibility and promote economic growth.• Supervising surveyors, providing clear work plans and instructions while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data collected.• Performing and overseeing topographic surveys using advanced GPS equipment and total stations, capturing detailed data for land elevations, boundaries, and project benchmarks.• Coordinating with project managers and engineers to transform project objectives into actionable survey strategies, ensuring alignment with technical and logistical requirements.• Analyzing survey data to accurately calculate sand volumes required and used for high road construction.• Preparing detailed reports, maps, and analysis for each phase, presenting essential insights to guide the dredging teams.• Providing critical data that supports decision-making and contributes to the strategic execution of one of Nigeria’s largest infrastructure projects.
