Financial Data Entry and Maintenance: ● Accurately record and maintain financial transactions for wholesale, retail, and online sales. ● Ensure the integrity of financial data in the accounting system. Accounts Payable and Receivable: ● Process and reconcile supplier invoices. ● Generate and send customer invoices. ● Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue accounts. Bank Reconciliation: ● Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy. ● Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Inventory Control: ● Assist in the tracking and reconciliation of inventory across all channels. ● Workclosely with the operations team to maintain accurate inventory records. Financial Reporting: ● Prepare routine financial reports for management review. ● Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Compliance and Regulation: ● Stayinformed about relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements. ● Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits. Cross-Functional Collaboration: ● Collaborate with teams across wholesale, retail, and online operations to ensure accurate financial and inventory information. ● Conduct quarterly and annual inventory counts or as required by business needs. ● Assist the CEO with various tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, project management, managing the transportation of items.
