Managing and maintaining Balance Sheets, COA’s, and Revenue Projections for a pre-seed start up. Main point of contact for organizing events involved with the software.

Assisted with the creation of big-picture decisions based on financial analytics as well as managing the day-to-day functions of the office, and assisted other managers by becoming a floater. Helped with the phasing out of outdated accounting software to a new one for all the teams i worked on.

Managed accounts, bookkeeping and project management, for high net-worth businesses and individuals, specifically handling professional athletes and musicians. After some time, about 3 months, I had created my list of responsibilities and was given the opportunity to run the accounts without the oversight of an Account Manager.Along with handling their day-to-day A/P, A/R, and Brokerage Statements, I had assisted in the organizing, logistics, and execution of a domestic music tour for a grammy winning artist. I had also assisted in the planning and preparing an international music tour.I has also completed a tax season, involving the filings and confirmations for C-corps, S-corp’s, and Individuals. This included the collection on 1099’s, W-2’s, W-4’s, etc.

Oversaw a branch of the American Cancer Society during a remodel. As part of my managerial roles, I took over responsibility for the shop in its entirety; Creation of expense reports, sales reports, and bookkeeping. The role also included the overseeing of volunteers and ensuring that daily donations were being correctly accounted for, properly sorted, cleaned, and set up for resale.
