ATM Deposit Research- ULZProcess transactions in one or more of the company’s internal operations to support domestic and international consumer, commercial and wholesale bank businesses or services functions. Responsibilities may include:• Customer service support.• Review and process transactions to the general ledger.• Reconciling.• Maintain internal operational and financial controls and ensures that they meet bank standards.• Make sure that 200 ATM general ledgers are balance and in order.• Monitor aged reports keeping them less than 20 days.• Credit and debit customers as needed using FDES. • Satisfy claims as needed to keep reports in balance and customer’s accounts correct.• Report any excessive error codes with ATM.

Accounting ControlLoan Accounting provides centralized processing of paper type loan payment and advance transactions, exception payment processing, and reconcilement of General Ledger accounts to commercial loan systems of record.• Reconcile loan system of record to general ledger.• Resolve system- balancing problems with identified processing units.• Reconcile WIP (work in process and /or suspense accounts) loan system of record.• Monitor aged items in WIP, Suspense and/ or Funding accounts to loan system of record.• Process charge-back’s of aged items in WIP, Clearing, and Suspense accounts.• Act as a variance analysis liaison with Finance on general ledger accounts owned.• Initiate maintenance request for general accounts owned (open/close cost center/ acct. combinations).• Review and maintain Internal Control Matrix general ledger accounts owned.• Perform quality edits as necessary for task performed by team.• Monitor reports as appropriate for task performed by team.
