CurrentPuma Property Finance is part of Puma Investments which in turn is part of the Shore Capital Group, an investment banking group with a 30+ year history. We deliver development loans to finance residential, commercial and specialist sector projects such as hotels, student accommodation and healthcare, including care homes and retirement living. We offer three core loan products: stretch senior development loans, pre-development bridge finance for site acquisition; and post-development exit finance. Typically we lend £3m-30m but can consider larger loans. We have grown significantly in recent years, in 2019 lending over £200m in new loans and are looking to increase that further in 2020 and beyond. We have lent over £600m to date and are a substantial player in the development finance sector focused on loans between £3m - £30m.In addition, on the back of our strong property lending track record, we secured a £200m funding line from a European Private Equity House. This strong endorsement of our lending expertise from an institutional investor enables us to further scale-up our activities with professional UK developers, to deliver both residential schemes and projects in specialist sectors including hotels, retirement living, student accommodation and care homes.
