The Fairhair Alliance focuses on Lighting, Automation, and the Internet of Things. The security working group is tasked with developing recommendations for security requirements for IoT devices and the network so that those devices may operate in a safe and interoperable fashion.

I worked with a great group of people from all around the world, to develop best practices for a culture of cybersecurity. Our Question sought views of governments and others on their experiences, both positive and negative on what threats they have been addressing, and how they have been addressing them.

The IAB is a supervisory body of the IETF. The board provides guidance to the community on important issues relating to growing the Internet in a safe and secure manner. It also manages external relations for the IETF as well as the RFC Editor function. The IAB also advises ISOC on technical matters.

I co-led the ITU-D's Question 22-1/1 on a culture of cybersecurity, with a focus on sharing national strategies and experiences to improve the lot of Internet users.

I coordinated activities relating to advancing the goals of the IAB and IETF at the ITU-T.
