A major player in the healthcare sector in France, Elsan is active in all disciplines of the hospital profession and has a strong presence throughout the country. Twenty five thousand employees and 6,500 doctors work in 120 clinics, treating over two million patients a year. I had the chance to work with the "Performance" team.- Development of a strategic group-level Balanced-Scorecard- ETL, Data Analysis and visualization in order to create reports to optimize clinics direction and management- Participation to the development of a specific budgeting tool with contractors- Automatized repetitive tasks- Set up and managed RLS and SSAS securities and accesses to sensitive data
