Managed the overall process of locating, interviewing, selecting and guiding applicants to be part of summer delegations to the United States. In the course of assembling these delegations I organized seminars held in order to prepare the teens and their chaperons for the time spent at Jewish Community Centers and Federations, each for their own delegation. At the end of a 7 month process in which my team of chaperons and I prepared the selected teens from the regional area, each delegation of up to 15 teens, spent 2-4 weeks in the hosting community for summer camps and the yearly JCC Maccabi Games.
