Oversaw a $10MM global supply chain, managing cost, quality, and lead time of electromechanical components for three internet-connected kitchen appliances. Drove cost-out, capacity scaling, and LEAN implementations for the "consumables" line. Managed domestic and international fulfillment activities, supporting both direct to consumer and B2B sales during the high-growth start-up phase.

Founded, scaled, and sold Alchemy Goods -- a company focused on design and manufacture of upcycled carryalls and accessories. We developed from scratch three nationwide circular supply chains, and grew to nearly $2 million annual revenue and 16 employees, using mostly bootstrapped capital. After 12 years, I negotiated a successful exit via sale, leaving the brand, mission, and employees intact.

Acted as independent engineer in a wide range of capacities to document wind turbine performance, design and install instrumentation, perform equipment failure analyses, and develop energy data models. Work resulted in successful development of remote 74MW windfarm.

Designed and managed production of medical device components, performed durability testing, and prepared elements of ISO 9001 certification. Collaborated with medical researchers in design of new instrumentation. Work enabled development of a device with best-in-class durability and longevity.
