Payroll and Administration - Performing payroll preparation process and ensuring preparation of legal reports,- Preparation of payroll reports, - Responsible of personnel files, personal attendance system and following updates, - Fulfilling all labour law, insurance and related law obligations on time and following updates, - Following up annual leaves and inform the line managers about status, - Responsible from HR related internal communications and giving support to administrative issues. Recruitment Processes- Using all kinds of recruitment sources including; coordinate all recruitment activities, interviews, reports, - Organizing and conducting the Orientation Program for new personnel, - Designing the Employee Orientation HandbookTraining and Development - Coordination of training and development activities via service provider companies, - Corresponding and negotiating with local and international training firms & organising training activities, - Management of in-house activities such as motivation meetings, award ceremonies, anniversary celebrations, seminars and conferences. - Development Project such as employee satisfaction survey and Performance evaluation system
