About Elisa A. Hurley, Phd

I bring 13 years of successful nonprofit leadership, including nearly 10 as an executive director, to my role as an executive coach with a special focus on nonprofit leaders. I provide support and guidance for leaders managing board relations, strategic planning, organizational restructuring and change, succession planning, workplace culture, leadership development, and their own professional development and growth. With over 20 years of experience researching, writing, teaching, and speaking on topics in bioethics and research ethics, including 14 years developing programming to support and advance human research oversight professionals, I am regularly sought out to advise and consult on research ethics related projects, in particular, issues related to the protection of the rights and welfare of human research participants.
