I have dedicated the last 18 years to helping my clients keep more money in their pockets and less to the government. I made my start working for my father’s financial advising business where I quickly learned that I enjoyed the world of business, but more importantly I learned that I enjoyed helping people succeed. I later began working for local tax & accounting firm while I completed my formal education. I graduated from NRCC in 2001. I continued working for tax preparation firms gaining experience. I then went on to work as a tax resolution specialist. There I helped resolve tax debt for clients all over the United States. I have resolved over 10 million dollars’ worth of tax debt for my clients. Many times, resolving the debt for pennies on the dollar. Enabling my clients to have a fresh start and peace of mind. Wanting to gain as much experience as possible I then went on to expand my experience by becoming the head accountant and branch manager for a local accounting firm. In 2009, during the recession I started my own business and became a successful business owner. I started SWVA Tax & Accounting to bring outstanding accounting service to Southwest VA. We utilize all forms of technology to make getting your business services and taxes simple and stress free. When I am not working for my clients, I enjoy raising my two children and spending time in nature camping & kayaking on the river.
