My name is Elisa and I am a psychologist specialized in digital and innovation processes, as well as UX researcher and designer, passionate about digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence in particular. But most importantly, I am an antronomist. What does it mean to be an antronomist, you may ask? An antronomist (from ànthro, man, and nòmos, norm) is a professional that, through its work, aims to bring back the human and his wellbeing as the primal scope of technology design, in a world where the quick and ubiquitous spread of ICT and digital innovation often leaves behind. In order to achieve that, it merges the classic expertise of the psychologist with the newest, most innovative competences requested by the digital world, such as UX Research/Design, Innovation Management and Artificial Intelligence.My vision is to see digital technology used as a mean to help people realize themselves in a positive and rewarding way, while keeping their wellbeing always at first place. I plan to accomplish my vision by seeking a team able to dinamically detect and embrace the complexities that emerge from the human-technology interaction. A human-driven change in the technology design paradigm: after all, as one of my mentor put it, "The biggest innovation is the human factor".
