Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for the team; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms and devices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Developing team members; training, exposure to new job functions, helping and coaching designers through stages of UX Design process, requirements and guidelines, while delivering practical design in an e-commerce driven context.- Working with US UX leads, multiple stakeholders, 3rd parties to ensure the team goes successfully from concepts to launch, following the established end-to-end UX process.- Collaborating closely with Merchandisers, converting market data and research insights into new ideas for Store pages and promotions.- Conducting Research, Persona Definition, Workflow Analysis, Wireframes and Design for the products we worked on: International DB, UX Tool, Asset Repository and more. Communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, comps, prototypes.- Work, plan and direct EMEA creative executions for future calendar events while providing project support and troubleshooting, supporting the overall site vision and ensuring a quality customer experience.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Succesfully grew Dublin UX team of 2 to 8 by acquiring and retaining top talent.- Co-designed a tool for the UX team, rebuilding the pre-existing workflow. - Designed an internal Asset Repository for all the creatives.- Defined priorities and designed a new International process to support Affiliate Campaigns, while functioning as main point of contact for Localisation team and Affiliate Managers to deliver very high volume of localised banners within tight SLA.- Supported migration to new CMS and Platform, collecting UX requirements, redesigned internal process for image upload and hand-off.
