Plan, organize, schedule, and create a calendar of year round programs and activities in accordance with the grant; recruit personnel to maintain activities; collect appropriate business office employment paperwork materials; open and close facilities for grant activities; supervise and monitor activities personnel; maintain a safe climate for all staff, students, parents, and community members; maintain accurate and timely records, including budget, as set forth in the grant; work with grant personnel and community resources; assist with off campus grant activities as appropriate; maintain linkage with our collaborative community resources as identified in the grant; provide the leadership necessary for developing the best possible activities program for the students, parents and community members of the school district.
