- Design and deploy lead generation campaigns with an international dimension, both in Search and Display (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Native ads, Bing);- Daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns;- Analysis of overall performance, proposal of recommendations and action plans;- Preparation and updating of activity reports for the client and the management of the agency;- Collaborate with the other poles for the creation of new advertisements, banners, videos…- Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical department to optimize ergonomics for the benefit of the generation of qualified leads;- Macro follow-up of customers: technical evolution, follow-up of general kpi, analysis etc…- Management of acquisition-oriented projects.

-Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high value advertising customers;-Create Keyword packs, bids and budget suggestions;-Use optimization techniques and work on optimization aligned to customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile and YouTube;-Identify general opportunities in an account to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients.

- Defining a brand identity and developing the adequate Marketing strategy to promote the core services in the social media. - Creating online content providing SEO for the website, such as blog articles, social media posts and promotional tools. - Developing partnerships with the main actors of the expatriation sector in Portugal. - Organizing, promoting and managing events.
