At Inizio Engage, I am in charge of talent headhunting and recruitment within the Pharmaceutical Industry, carrying out personnel selection processes from the beggining to end. At the Talent Acquisition department, I carry out an in-depth analysis of very different profiles and evaluate their competencies, professional experience and personality traits.During this period, I am learning to use recruitment platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter, PMFarma and applicant tracking systems (ATS), while developing my interviewing and communication skills thanks to my collaboration in different projects.

During my tenure at Lezama Group, I worked as a Hostess in the restaurants Café de Oriente and La Botillería. My main functions were directly related to customer service: reservation management, reception of diners and room control. Additionally, I had a very prominent role in the commercial management of events for groups.These positions allowed me to develop my skills in personnel management, teamwork and communication with both clients and staff. On the other hand, I was in charge of all communication in English with foreign clients.
