As a transaction coordinator with Riedel Construction I have had the opportunity of utilizing skills gained throughout my professional career. This role allows me to interact with professionals in the Real Estate industry and to connect with people in the community, as a transaction coordinator I am involved in the home buying process turning a Real Estate transaction in to a dream come true one family at a time. Thanks to my experience within the industry I am able to ensure a stress-free transaction for all parties involved. Open communication and emphasis on timely and thorough responses is key on every transaction.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience is key to success in any business. Having the right support from a training team that is equipped to transmit the ideals of the company to its employees and have them embrace the training as something they will implement day after day is imperative.

As a Loan Originator my ultimate goal is to have every customer be a satisfied customer. I am happy to share my experience in the Residential Mortgage industry with my customers and prepare them for their home buying experience.

As a Mortgage Banker I assisted customers both existing and new with their mortgage needs. I prequalified prospective buyers and prepared them for the home buying process. I also assisted many customers with their refinance needs. I had the opportunity to work with local non profit agencies providing Home Buyer Education Classes and information.

I had the opportunity to work and be promoted. I started as a call center agent taking calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. I was then promoted to Trainer / Floor Supervisor where I had the opportunity to share my customer service experience with the trainees as well as supervise their performace while on the call floor.

Originate new loans for New Home buyers as well as refinance transactions through face to face networking with local real estate professionals.

Started as Agent then promoted to Customer Service (qc) Lead, then promoted to Weekend Supervisor.

I had the honor of working alongside Mr. Bill Gray and Mr. Phil Cooper at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, I have many fond memories of all the wonderful, beautiful people in the School.
