Evaluation of implications for all logistics departments, in coordination with the rest of the areas involved. Definition of premises, identification, and calculation of potentials and KPIs. Presentation and defense of evaluations.

Objective: Global vision and control of the product, process and finance of the Audi A1 model and its corresponding assembly line, always in the field of logistics.Tasks: Orientation to the financial and strategic facet of logistics for the A1 model.Budget planning for the A1 project for all logistics departments.Compilation and control of economic implications and evaluations with impact in logistics for the A1 model, in both terms of investments and unitary costs for deviation controlCentralization and leadership of interdepartmental/multi-area evaluations in Insourcing and Make or Buy projects. Global strategic logistic evaluations of different product/process and new model introductions.

Hired by SEAT, for the Logistics Planning of the new Audi A1 within the SEAT Martorel factory. Objective:Definition of the processes and concepts of the logistics supply chain, from the supplier to the point of consumption, in the production line. Tasks:Evaluation of the economic and logistical impact derived from new projects and product and process modifications. Participation in the purchasing processes of the company. Preparation of logistic documentation/specifications, validation of the logistic costs and negotiation (technically and commercially) of the prices of the bidding suppliers. Definition of container requirements and quantity to guarantee the supply chain. Coordination and leadership of special container homologation. Focus on the continuous optimization of logistics costs and processes, promoting the implementation of appropriate saving measures and the use of possible synergies between the different logistic activities.

Objective: Together with the Logistic responsible of the sheet metal perimeter, collaborate in the different projects carried out by the Lean Manufacturing and productivity groups of the different workshops.Tasks:Optimization of logistics surfaces and of flows, of implementations in Microstation/Autocad, implementation of automated logistics flows with AGV, calculation and optimization of surfaces and logistics flows.
