Financial Support Supervisor
CurrentEffectively provides direct support and leadership to the Revenue Cycle/Financial Support. Identify trends and mitigate potential problems with patient accounts. Provides a high level of customer service to Terry Reilly patients as a primary contact for financial assistance. Effectively promotes, trains, and encourages a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.- Communicates areas for improvement with front office clinical leadership teams and training teams.- Assists Revenue Cycle manager in writing, training, and implementing department policies as requested by or needed by Corporate/Medical leadership. - Review monthly aging and adjustment reports for all Terry Reilly self-pay and accounts and balances.- Develop and manage effective month end processes for quality assurance and data integrity.
